*As of April 14, 2026, the CMAR has already announced their proposed awarded contractor for this work package, and they are expecting to officially award this contractor either at the end of this week or early next week. Project construction is estimated to start in Q3 2026. This Work Package includes providing a full range of construction and building materials testing services for the Project, including both field and laboratory testing, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Key Scope Elements: Furnish comprehensive materials testing services for earthwork, concrete, structural components, paving, and other construction activities as required by the Plans and Specifications. Perform all testing in compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide services on a unit price basis in accordance with the Proposal Bid Form; listed quantities are approximate and used only to establish the initial contract value. Payment will be made only for actual services performed based on submitted unit prices. Provide all required qualified staff, equipment, supplies, and laboratory facilities necessary to meet Project schedule and sequencing requirements. Coordinate testing activities with the CMAR and all Work Package Contractors to support construction sequencing and minimize delays, including timely response to testing requests. Prepare and submit daily field reports, engineering reports, and test summaries, including all supporting laboratory documentation, in a format acceptable to the CMAR and Owner. Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and accreditations to perform testing services for the Project. Comply with all site-specific safety requirements and policies.
