*As of April 14, 2026, the CMAR has already announced their proposed awarded contractor for this work package, and they are expecting to officially award this contractor either at the end of this week or early next week. Project construction is estimated to start in Q3 2026. This work package includes furnishing and installing complete Electrical and Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) systems in accordance with the Contract Documents. Key elements include: all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for installation per plans and specifications; Prime Controls, LP, to provide I&C programming and commissioning; furnish and install a security system with all components, programming, testing, and commissioning; coordinate all activities with the CMAR and other contractors; provide and maintain temporary electrical power for the jobsite and trailer connections, removing these at project completion; furnish a Roll-Off Mover (Rolloffcaddy) or approved equal; furnish, install, and commission a 1,750 kW generator with all required systems and maintenance; furnish, install, and test Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) at specified locations; obtain and coordinate all required permits and inspections for power installations; perform startup, testing, commissioning, and operator training for all systems and equipment; restore disturbed areas and use the Borrow Area for backfill or disposal of clean spoils as permitted. Exclusions: Blowers with VFDs and harmonic filters (provided under Work Package #05). No alternates specified.
