Project construction is estimated to start in Q3 2026. This Work Package includes development, implementation, maintenance, compliance, monitoring, and closeout of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and all associated Best Management Practices (BMPs) for the duration of the Project. Scope includes full development, design, implementation, inspection, maintenance, and compliance of the SWPPP and all erosion and sediment control BMPs. This encompasses all labor, materials, equipment, fees, permits, inspections, documentation, compliance actions, fines, and incidentals required by the contract, specifications, and regulations. BMPs are to be inspected regularly and repaired or replaced within forty-eight hours of identification or notification. Continuous SWPPP and BMP services must be provided from Notice to Proceed through Final Acceptance. Additional requirements include furnishing and maintaining the initial construction entrance and vehicle access in accordance with contract documents, installation and maintenance of a concrete washout pit, preparation and submission of weekly reports on BMPs and SWPPP status, and obtaining all permits and regulatory approvals.
