The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, supervision, services, transportation, waste disposal, facilities and other required items necessary to complete the following work - ProWatch Access Control Upgrade JOBSITE: Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder and County of Riverside Registrar of Voters :- 2724 Gateway Drive Riverside, CA 92507 ESTIMATED PROJECT COST: $127, 200.00 Completion-(28) calendar days a. The general scope of this project is to upgrade the access control system at the 2724 Gateway Drive facility from the existing WinPak platform to the County's enterprise access control system, Honeywell ProWatch. b. The intent of this project is to upgrade five (5) existing WinPak access control panels to Honeywell ProWatch 7K panels, one (1) panel at a time. Each of the existing WinPak enclosures will be reused. However, all internal WinPak components will be and replaced with new Honeywell ProWatch components, power supplies, daisy-chain cables, and batteries. c. The Contractor shall perform each panel upgrade during early morning hours. This work will require taking one (1) existing WinPak panel out of service at a time, installing all new ProWatch components, terminating and reconnecting all wiring, and fully restoring access control service to all affected doors prior to 7:00 a.m. on scheduled days. d. The awarded Contractor shall be a Honeywell ProWatch certified integrator. Certification for WinPak or other access control platforms is insufficient. The Contractor must be authorized and capable of directly selling, installing, and supporting Honeywell ProWatch systems and components. e. All work shall comply with Riverside County Information Technology (RCIT) specifications and standards. It is the Contractor's responsibility to ensure that all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to deliver a complete and fully functional system - fully compliant with all applicable codes, industry standards, and best practices - are included in the cost proposal. f. The Contractor shall provide safety equipment to each employee to be used as appropriate or required for the work. (e.g., as needed for eye protection, sound suppressors, hard hats, gloves, respirators, etc., as required). g.
