The Bartow County School System invites proposals from qualified vendors for the performance of preventative maintenance on the Heating Ventilating and Cooling equipment at all Bartow County School System facilities. I. INTRODUCTION The contents of each quote shall be divided into three categories with individual pricing for each item as listed on the attached bid form. The content categories shall be as follows A. Removal and replacement of roof materials as needed, as determined by review of the attached infrared inspection report. B. Application of overlay materials as required to provide a minimum 20-year Labor & Materials warranty for the entire 36,481 square feet of roof. C. Installation of solar powered "re-dry vents" in the quantity required to ensure that roof insulation is properly ventilated to remove any current wetness and to prevent future instances of wet insulation. The Bartow County School System is requesting proposals to provide the system with supervision, materials, and labor to perform repairs to the roof of Woodland High School Performing Arts Center. Sealed proposals for this work will be received by the Bartow County School System at the Central Office located at 65 Gilreath Road, NW, Cartersville, Georgia. The Bartow County School System reserves the right to waive technicalities, to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularity in proposals received, to award the entire proposal to one vendor or to multiple vendors or to make awards by group or location, whichever is in the best interest of the Bartow County School System; hereafter referred to as "Owner", except where noted for clarity.
