Renovation of an educational facility in Manteno, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contractors are invited to submit an offer for the Manteno High School Reroof 2026 project. The project consists of multiple roofing scopes of work at Manteno High School, including Hot Applied Modified Bitumen Roof Replacement, Cold Process Modified Bitumen Roofing at canopy roofs, and Fluid Applied Roof Restoration as shown on the drawings. A single stipulated sum bid will be received for all work. Contractors may obtain electronic documents free of charge and printed documents at cost. A Bid Bond and Performance and Payment Bond will be required. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The successful bidder must comply with Fair Employment Practices Commission regulations, Equal Employment Opportunity provisions, and shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor, in accordance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the project site for interested parties. Question Deadline 03/05/2026 The Architect will not receive bidders questions after noon on Thursday, March 05, 2026 unless the bid opening date is changed by addendum.
