Renovation of an educational facility in Manteno, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contractors are invited to submit an offer for the Manteno High School Reroof 2025 project. The project consists of Hot Applied Modified Bitumen Roof Replacement at Manteno High School: Includes removal of spray foam roofing,built-up roofing, insulation and flashings down to existing roof deck. Install mechanically attached Dens DeckPrime, temporary roof, insulation in two layers, wood fiber board and SBS modified base and cap sheets with aggregate surfacing. Replace clamping rings and strainers on all roof drains. Paint strainers red. A single stipulated sum bid will be received for all Work. A Bid Bond and Performance and Payment Bond will be required. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Attention is called to the provisions of Equal Employment Opportunity. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to all laborers, workers and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act(820 ILCS 130/1-12).
