Legacy Park Improvements Phase II Proposed Improvement: Legacy Park Northwest corner of 10000 N. and N. Maple Street Intersection. Consists of earth excavation to expand the footprint of the existing pond to the north and east with rip-rap added to the ponds perimeter. Excavated material is to be stockpiled along the western portion of the site to extend the berm between I-57 and Legacy Park. Project also includes construction of a 10-wide asphalt path, fishing pier, light poles, pond fountain, and a French drain system The Village of Manteno reserves the right to only issue Bid Documents to Contractors who are regarded as qualified
