The project is expected to be awarded on June 3, 2024. 2024 MFT Resurfacing Project Proposed Improvement: Various Roads & Streets in the Village of Manteno (Project Length 14,629 ft/2.77mi) Consists of resurfacing with hot-mix asphalt surface course, hot-mix asphalt surface removal for (4) four streets and micro surfacing and cape seal for (2) two streets and all necessary collateral work to construct the improvements. All proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty as provided in BLRS Special Provision for Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals contained in the "Supplemental Specifications and Recurring Special Provisions. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals as provided in BLRS Special Provision for Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals contained in the Supplemental Specifications and Recurring Special Provisions". The Village of Manteno may disqualify a bidder for outstanding debts to the Village. Submission of a bid shall be conclusive assurance and warranty the bidder has examined the plans and understands all requirements for the performance of work.
