Description

Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Madison, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Madison Board of Education is soliciting proposals from vendors to contribute to the cost of installing a scoreboard on the Softball Field at Madison High School, in exchange for the right to advertise the Vendor's name and/or logo on the scoreboard. The estimated installation cost is $120,000. Proposals must include all required forms and information, be submitted in triplicate, and be endorsed as a "Proposal for Advertising Concession for Softball Field Scoreboard at Madison High School." Proposals must also include a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, compliance with Law Against Discrimination and Affirmative Action statutes, and a statement of ownership. The contract will be awarded to the vendor offering the highest contribution for installation in exchange for advertising rights. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and determine which proposal best serves the District's interests.
