Renovation of a water / sewer project in Sidney, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the replacement of existing raw water pump #6 with a new water pump per specifications contained within the online Bidding Documents. The project requires the use of State of Ohio prevailing wage rates. All bidders must register with Bid Express to submit a bid. The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio for Building Construction. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Sidney reserves the right to waive any irregularities, to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Sidney . Final completion of the project and readiness for final payment shall be on or before September 30, 2026. Question Deadline 03/02/2026 at 1:00 PM ET Any and all questions regarding the referenced project must be submitted through electronically. Questions submitted outside of digital portal will not be answered.
