The project will reclaim hazards and environmental degradation associated with underground coal mining. The work site is in Rock Springs, WY near Wyoming, Vermont, Connecticut and New Hampshire Streets and designated as AML Project 17.6D-3N, Rock Springs, Central Coal and Coke Company No. 2 Phase 1 Drilling and Grouting Project. The required Pre-Qualification Information is included in the 17.6D-3N Pre-Qualifications Packet document. Bidders must submit the Pre-Qualification Information directly to the Engineer by March 10, 2026, by 5:00 PM. Attendance at the pre-bid conference and site tour is mandatory for all prospective Bidders. Bidders must also register at Wyoming State Construction Public Purchase to be able to download the Bid Package and to be able to submit bids. Only bids submitted electronically through Wyoming State Construction Public Purchase shall be accepted. A 10% bid bond or cashier's check is required. Bids will be rejected from any bidder who fails to attend the Bidder's Meeting or who has not signed in by the start time or who leaves before adjournment. Bidders in attendance at the Pre-Bid meeting are required to represent the company from which they are employed. The estimated cost of the Work is: $6-7 million.
