Demolition, site work, paving and addition to a mixed-use development in Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a military facility; for the demolition of a military facility; for site work for a military facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Construct a firm-fixed-price, design-bid-build Munitions Maintenance and Inspections Facility and expand the existing Munitions Cube Storage at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. The work includes construction of a one-story Maintenance and Inspection building with two bays, a mechanical and communications area, a user restroom, reinforced concrete demising walls, frangible exterior walls and overhead doors, metal deck roofing, and micropile foundation support. The facility requires new paving and underground utilities for access, power, water, sewer, and communications; installation of a fire alarm and suppression system meeting current standards; mass notification infrastructure; conduits and boxes for the campus public address system; lightning and grounding protection; and a pressurized air system to support mission activities. A separate Material Assembly Center pad will be constructed consisting of a reinforced 12-inch concrete slab over 10 inches of graded aggregate base with a turned-down perimeter edge. Expand the existing Munitions Cube Storage facility by constructing a one-story addition with reinforced concrete interior walls, frangible overhead doors, metal deck roofing, and micropile foundations. The existing MCS requires upgrading its fire alarm and suppression systems to current standards, and installing new asphalt pavement adjacent to the existing pavement to support facility access. Additional work includes fine grading, new pavement installation and repair, and construction of a new stormwater management system. Facilities must comply with Unified Facilities Criteria, including UFC 1-200-02 requirements for energy efficiency, building envelope performance, and integrated systems, and be designed for a minimum 40-year service life.
