Site work for a water / sewer project in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of the contractor furnishing all tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to install an irrigation pump station, connect to an existing irrigation system, install new drinking water services, and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents. Bidders must be on the official Plan Holders List to have their bids considered responsive and must submit signed bids accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid proposal. The City of Idaho Falls reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities, and accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Idaho Falls. Project No: 24009 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
