The Northeastern Local School District is seeking statements of qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk services for its District Wide Improvements Project. The project scope includes Kenton Ridge Interior Alterations, which covers 5,000 square feet of interior changes such as new classrooms, a CTE lab, multipurpose space, and sensory room. There is also a new bus garage to be built at the Northeastern High School stadium/district transportation site, which includes related parking, paving, and drainage improvements. Respondents should have experience with the Construction Manager-at-Risk delivery method and Ohio public construction projects.
