Sealed proposals are requested for the delivery of aggregates as directed by the Supervisors of Jackson Township, Greene County, Pennsylvania. The aggregates required are as follows: 600 tons more or less of AASHTO #8 Unwashed Stone, 600 tons more or less of 1B Washed Stone #8, 1000 tons more or less each of AASHTO #57 Stone, AASHTO #67 Stone, and Crusher Run (top size 3/4"), 200 tons more or less each of AASHTO #1 Stone and AASHTO #3 Stone, 400 tons more or less of Ballast 1-1/2-2", 200 tons more or less each of R-4 Rip-Rap Stone and R-5 Rip-Rap Stone, and 250 tons more or less of 3" Crusher Run. Prices are to be quoted per ton, delivered. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Township (PA DOT form MS-963). A certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount payable to the Township must accompany each bid. Successful bidders are required to provide a bond equal to 50% of the purchase price. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
