Sealed proposals are requested for the furnishing of specified quantities of Meter Yokes conforming with ANSI/A.W.W.A. Standards. All materials provided must comply with Build America Buy America (BABA), American Iron and Steel (AIS), and Steel Procurement Act requirements. Bidders must submit sufficient information about the proposed materials to allow the Authority to determine compliance with the specifications. Prices quoted are to be firm for the contract period from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027. Successful bidders are required to provide a surety bond of $5,000.00 for faithful performance within ten days of contract award notification. All bids must be submitted online through PennBid and include all required documentation. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid or portion deemed in its best interest.
