Resurfacing of Cedar Creek Park access roads and parking lots for the Westmoreland County Department of Public Works. Bidders must provide a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the total bid. The project requires PA DOT prequalification of bidders, including subcontractors. All bids must be properly signed and submitted in duplicate in a sealed opaque envelope marked with the bidder's name, address, and project designation. The project is subject to equal opportunity employment regulations and Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry minimum wage requirements. The Westmoreland County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to approve the sufficiency of any required surety.
