Board of Supervisors of Salem Township is soliciting bids for traffic signal equipment repairs at one (1) signalized intersection along State Route 22 within the Township. The bid amount must include furnishing, constructing, installing, removing, and testing all equipment, materials, and products necessary and as required in the scope of work. All work is to be performed within the public rights of way. Any work performed outside of any public right-of-way will be the CONTRACTORS responsibility to coordinate with private property owners. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond equal to 10% of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to sign a contract containing customary municipal terms, conditions, and bonding requirements to carry out the work.
