Sealed proposals will be received online until 10:00 A.M. February 20, 2026, for the furnishing of quantities of Ductile Iron Fittings conforming with ANSI/A.W.W.A. C110/A21.10-20 and C153/A21.53-19. The contract includes furnishing ductile iron standard fittings and ductile iron compact fittings. All materials must meet Build America Buy America (BABA), American Iron and Steel (AIS), and Steel Procurement Act requirements. Prices quoted shall be firm for the period of April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027. Vendors who are awarded contracts are assessed a variable award fee based on the type of contract. The successful bidder shall provide a surety bond for the faithful performance of the contract in the amount of $5,000. Bidders must submit sufficient information on the proposed material to permit the Authority to determine if the specifications are met. Bids not submitted under these conditions will be rejected. The Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid or any portion of the bids deemed in its best interest.
