The University of Toronto Scarborough requires general contracting services for the landscaping of the Science Wing quadrangle at 1265 Military Trail, Toronto, ON. The scope of work includes: civil and site grading works from landscaping design; supply and installation of exterior light fixtures; supply and installation of site services; electrical connections to the adjacent Science Research building; water connections to the adjacent Science Wing building; supply and installation of irrigation system; supply and installation of planting services and associated planting soil; and supply and installation of paving works. Bidders are instructed to adhere to the University of Toronto General Labour Conditions and provide completed and signed CCDC 11-2019 Contractor's Qualification Statement, a Surety Agreement indicating a 50% Performance Bond and a 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond, and to attend the Proponents Meeting.
