Site work for a civil project in Barnard, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Contractors are invited to bid on the Silver Lake State Park Utility Improvements Project for the Department of Buildings & General Services on behalf of the Agency of Natural Resources – Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation at 20 State Park Beach Road in Barnard, Vermont. The project consists of, but is not limited to: installation of a new pump station and valve vault with inlet connection to an existing gravity sewer line from toilet building #4; construction of a forcemain from the valve vault to connect to the existing forcemain from the concession area pump station within a new check valve manhole; installation of a flow stilling basin ahead of the existing wastewater disposal system D-Boxes; providing electric in conduit to the pump station from a GMP installed ground mounted transformer near the main parking area; electric tie-in to the pump station control panel at an adjacent power pedestal; and an electric service feed from the power pedestal to the Pavilion Building. Bids must be submitted electronically as a single, digitally searchable PDF attachment via email. The subject line of the email submission must reference the Project Title. The PDF file must not exceed 40 MB. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure compliance with the submission size requirement and email system capabilities. Multiple emails or attachments will not be accepted. Any vendor seeking clarification or wishing to comment on any section of the RFP must submit questions in writing by the specified deadline. Comments or exceptions not raised in writing by the question period deadline are waived. All notifications, releases, and addendums associated with this project will be posted at the designated website.
