Site work and renovation of a civil project in Pass Christian, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of furnishing materials and labor to perform renovations, modifications, and upgrades to the Bayview Avenue Lift Station, as well as installing a new force main discharge from the lift station to a receiving manhole on Everette Street. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: pump and controls replacement; bypass pumping; replacing valves and discharge piping; installation of bypass assemblies; construction of valve vaults; installation of guide rails for pump systems; replacement of existing wet well top with new, including traffic rated hatch covers for both the wet well and valve vault; installation of SCADA controls; restoration of all disturbed facilities; HDD installation of HDPE force main beneath Bayview Avenue; jack and bore beneath CSX Railroad right-of-way; rerouting and abandonment of existing water and force mains, which includes filling and capping; and maintenance of traffic throughout the project area. All restoration and maintenance of traffic are included in the scope of work. Bidders must possess the appropriate contractor's license, submit a bid bond or guarantee, and indicate their Certificate of Responsibility Number. Non-resident bidders must include relevant documentation regarding their home state's treatment of non-resident contractors. The City reserves the right to consider bidder qualifications and other factors beyond price, and may reject any or all bids or waive informalities in the bidding process.
