Reference Number 0000413854 Bids are solicited under a general contract for One (1) mile of 2-lane HMA roadway reconstruction including cold milling HMA surface, HMA surface removal, concrete pavement rubblizing, HMA resurfacing, placing gravel shoulder, and constructing HMA paved shoulder. Work may also include associated items such as traffic control, residential driveway replacement, pavement markings, sign replacement, turf restoration, and project cleanup. If a bidder is given a Notice of Award and fails to execute the contract within fifteen (15) calendar days after the Notice, they shall forfeit all claims to the contract, and the Proposal Guarantee shall be forfeited.
