Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a 373-square-foot, one-story above grade, three-room sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of April 28, 2026, this project has been awarded.** The work includes the construction of a restroom facility at the Downtown Parking Lot, City of Show Low, which will consist of three ADA accessible restrooms in a single building. The facility will also include a small storage closet with a separate exterior door. The restrooms will be equipped with sinks, paper and soap product dispensers, and other necessary appurtenances. The building will measure approximately 28 feet by 13 feet 4 inches, totaling 373 square feet. The City will extend power, water, and sewer to within 5 feet of the building. The contractor's responsibilities include making connections to the existing power, water, and sewer services. The City will provide permitted plans, and the contractor will be required to submit a schedule of values as part of the bid. All work must result in usable and operable facilities that comply with all relevant codes and regulations, completed in a workmanlike manner. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the contractor's name and the project details in the outside lower right-hand corner.
