Renovation of a municipal facility in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The work includes the installation of enhancements to the lobby at City Hall to improve the safety and security of visitors and staff. This project involves installation of a new exterior exit door with ballistic protection, installation of interior storefront glass and interior entry door with ballistic protection, construction of a front desk with ballistic protection, and other necessary appurtenances. The contractor is responsible for all installation and connections to existing power, telecommunication, and access control services related to the project, and shall provide usable and operable facilities in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations. The City will supply permitted plans. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the project name and number. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and reject any and all bids not deemed in its best interest. Written questions will be accepted until 12:00 P.M. on Monday, December 15, 2025.
