Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Show Low, Arizona. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Individual job orders should not exceed $250,000.00. The estimated budget for the first year is $250,000.00. The term of this contract will be Three (3) years with Two (2) one-year renewal options. However, services will be requested on an as-needed, if-needed basis and the resultant contract is neither exclusive nor a commitment by the City that the Contractor's services will be required. Written questions regarding this RFQ must be received by the Public Works Director no later than 12 p.m. Wednesday, October 1st 2025. A written addendum to this document may then be used to respond to questions. WRITTEN QUESTIONS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO: Shane Hemesath, Public Works Director, shemesath@showlowaz.gov, 180 N 9th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901. Written Questions shall be submitted via; email, US Mail, or hand delivered. The City of Show Low reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, or to withhold the award for any reason it may determine, and to waive or not to waive any informalities in any submittal
