The City of Show Low is extending a request for sealed quotes for City of Show Low Carpet & Tile Cleaning, City of Show Low Project No. 4452687, in the City of Show Low. This Work is generally described as follows: Independent Contractor shall perform the work described as cleaning carpets twice annually at City Hall, SL Regional Airport, Public Safety Building, Public Safety Dispatch Building, and Library. A one-time annual cleaning for carpet in Council Chambers/SL TV offices, SL Community Center, vinyl flooring at City Campus Gym, tile at City Museum and fabric chairs at City Hall. The work is further described in the list and bid form. Work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, incidentals as may be required to accomplish the work. The contract will be for one year with three (3) one-year extensions. Annual increases may be negotiated but shall not exceed the published construction price index. Questions shall be submitted in writing to the Public Works Administrative Assistant via mail to: 1281 E Thornton, Show Low, AZ 85901, fax (928) 532-4109, or e-mail bhines@showlowaz.gov by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2025. An Addendum will be issued by Friday, September 5, 2025 if required. The City of Show Low reserves the right to reject any and all quotes not deemed in the best interest of the City.
