The City of Show Low is seeking to retain up to three contractors for a Job Order Contract (JOC) to provide labor, furnish and install materials related to the repair and maintenance of water wells and the repair of existing water facilities at various locations. All work must be performed in accordance with applicable plans or specifications provided by the City of Show Low Public Works Department, following Maricopa Association of Governments Uniform Specifications and Details and the City's supplement. Individual job orders should not exceed $125,000, with an estimated first-year budget of $250,000. The contract term is three years with two one-year renewal options, and work will be requested on an as-needed basis. Interested firms should submit written Statements of Qualifications addressing the specified criteria. Submittals received after the due date will not be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals or withhold the award for any reason and to waive any informalities in submittals.
