The City of Show Low is conducting a competitive one-step process to retain a single Contractor for a Job Order Contract (JOC) to provide labor, furnish, and install materials related to the repair and replacement of sidewalks and other cast in place concrete structures within the city. All work must follow plans and specifications provided by the City of Show Low Public Works Department in accordance with Maricopa Association of Governments Uniform Specifications and Details (MAG) and the City's MAG supplement. Individual job orders will be issued to the selected contractor for the construction, repair, and replacement of sidewalks and other cast in place structures. Each job order should not exceed $20,000, and the estimated budget for the first year is $25,000. The contract term will be three years with two one-year renewal options, and services will be requested as needed. Interested firms must submit written Statements of Qualifications according to the established criteria. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, and to waive any informalities in any submittal. Submittals must be received by the specified due date and time, and late responses will be returned unopened.
