Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade fire / police facility; one-story above grade municipal facility; one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; one-story above grade fitness / recreation center; one-story above grade transportation facility; one-story above grade industrial development; and one-story above grade library.

The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the installation of BRIVO Access Control Systems at eleven City-owned buildings. This includes specific quantities of door technology readers with keypads, man-gate technology readers, and vehicle gate technology readers at each location as listed. Additionally, the contractor must provide appropriate smart cards, licensing for Brivo access controls, and training for administrators on the systems. The work encompasses all required labor, material, transportation, and services for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, with instructions for marking the envelope provided.
