**As of April 14th, this project has been awarded to Ridgeview Builders for $616,000. ** The project generally consists of the relocation and installation of four portable classrooms from Roseland Collegiate Prep on Ursuline Road to Roseland University Prep on Biwana Drive in Santa Rosa. This includes related site work, electrical work, and fire alarm work. Each bid must be completed on the provided Bid Proposal Form and be fully responsive to the invitation, plans, specifications, and all other contract documents. Bidders must submit a separate Bid Proposal Form and appropriate bid security for each contract they are bidding on. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, cashier's or certified check, or a bidder's bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the bid. The successful bidder must comply with prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements and list all subcontractors performing work in excess of one-half of one percent (1/2 of 1%) of the bid price, describing the type of work to be performed. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the bid opening. Minority, women, and disabled veteran contractors are encouraged to submit bids.
