A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Walker Community Park - Phase IIA Project:- The Walker Park Phase 2A Project consists of construction of park improvements at Walker Park within the City of Galt, as defined in the City's issued construction plans, specifications, and bid documents. The Project includes construction of baseball field improvements, associated site grading and drainage improvements, concrete flatwork, pedestrian pathways, accessibility improvements, utility improvements, site furnishings, landscaping, and related site work. The Project also includes construction of ancillary park facilities identified in the contract documents, including restroom and storage or supply room facilities and associated utilities. The City of Galt (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management (CM), Construction Inspection, and related support services for the Walker Park Phase 2A Project (Project). No questions will be answered by telephone. All questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted by e-mail, no later than 5:30 p.m. on Friday, February 20, 2026 and sent to Betsy Flores at the City of Galt, Public Works Department at BFlores@cityofgalt.org. The Project is partially funded through grant funding and will be subject to applicable grant administration, reporting, and documentation requirements. The Project will be constructed under a single construction contract. Construction Management and Construction Inspection services will be required to support the City during construction in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and contract documents.
