Site work for a water / sewer project in Galt, California. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project generally includes: clearing and grubbing; filling and compacting existing ditches; constructing a new toe ditch and all-weather toe road; and importing levee fill material and constructing a new toe berm. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and shall be on a unit price basis. Bidders shall be skilled, regularly engaged, and licensed in the general class or type of work specified and possess a valid California Class A Contractor's License. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference is required of all bidders. Bidders must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to California Labor Code requirements. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the provided instructions. Question Deadline 11/13/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
