While the anticipated primary method is horizontal directional boring, the Contractor has the flexibility to propose alternate construction methods (such as aerial, open trench, or specific bore profiles) if deemed more efficient, cost-effective, or technically necessary, pending review and approval by the City of Galt Engineering Division a minimum of 15 days prior to commencement.
