Demolition and renovation of a residential development in Sikeston, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for the renovation of a residential development.
The project is for the demolition and disposal of any and all structures at 302 Daniel Street within the city limits, due to health and safety violations creating a public nuisance and hazard. Bidders must use the attached Bid Return Sheet for submission, which must be signed and notarized. A signed and notarized Non-Kickback and Non-Collusion Affidavit must also be included with the sealed bid. Bids not containing all required items will be deemed unresponsive and will not be read. Any misrepresentation, collusion, or offers of kickback will result in disqualification. Explanations regarding specifications must be submitted to the Community Development Director. The city is exempt from all federal and state excise, sales, and use taxes. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
