Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Sikeston, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Sikeston is soliciting bids for the demolition and disposal of any and all structures at 315, 319 Daniel Street due to Health and Safety violations creating a public nuisance and hazard to the citizens living in the various neighborhoods. The City of Sikeston reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, as deemed, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the City of Sikeston. The City of Sikeston reserves the right to reject any proposal if the vendor is delinquent in the payment of any taxes, fees or licenses owed to the City of Sikeston *The bid list for this project may be incomplete. If you have been invited to bid on this project by the owner, please notify our editorial staff at contentcase@constructconnect.com. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of any and all material located at said address including houses, shelters, outbuildings, junk and trash, all trees and bushes (unless designated by staff to remain on site), fences, vehicles and equipment, house content and any other fixture or amenity within the defined property boundaries. Remove all trees, bushes, overgrowth, and fences within the property boundaries. The contractor shall remove all foundations including concrete slabs and footings. Any voids remaining from the removal of the structure shall be filled with compacted dirt and graded to the matching elevation of the top of curb of the adjacent street. Contractor shall seed and straw any fill placed on site or any disturbed soil. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
