Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Sikeston, Missouri. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 1,550-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing wood, carpet, and tile; supply and installation of approximately 1,550 square feet of new 30 mil LVT flooring; supply and installation of trim at the bottom of the wall; supply and installation of 6 inches of base; and leveling of base. Bids must be submitted in hard copy and cover all work as shown on the drawings and stated in the Request for Proposal and Specifications. Prevailing wages are waived for bids under $75,000; for bids over $75,000, not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages must be paid in accordance with the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. Tax exemption applies to the project, and a tax exemption letter will be made available to the successful bidder upon request. The successful bidder is required to provide E-Verify documentation. Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to fully understand the existing conditions and requirements.
