Question Deadline 04/08/2026 A bidder that has doubt as to the true meaning of a project requirement may submit to the Owner Engineer a written request for interpretation no later than seven (7) days prior to bid opening. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five percent of the total bid, either by certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Sikeston. Bids may be held by the City for up to 120 days for evaluation. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
