This project requires Prevailing Wage, Skilled & Trained Workforce & PLA This project for Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District requires Prequalification through online Public Contract Code 20111.6 requires the district to pre-qualify for certain projects. PCC 20111.6 applies to prime contractors and M/E/P sub-contractors with the following licenses: General Contractors (A and B) Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing subcontractors (C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 and C-46) This project requires prequalification, due by (3/5/2026).
