Site work for a mixed-use development in Hoquiam, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; municipal facility; water / sewer project; playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and road / highway.

Projects could include design and permitting of WWTP upgrades, sewer and stormwater pump stations upgrades, waterline or reservoir replacement, Olympic Stadium or other building renovations, roadway/sidewalk restoration, public facility repairs, or similar projects deemed necessary by the City of Hoquiam. Funding for these projects is likely to be comprised by a mix of state and federal grants, along with city sources. The work to be performed by the Consultant may include engineering, design, right of way acquisition, and preparation of construction contract documents. This includes preparation of 30%, 60%, 90%, and final plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E) package for review and approval by the City and any associated funding agency. The Consultant may be asked to provide construction support services such as on-site inspections, surveying and project management. The submittal must be formatted as follows: 8.5 x 11 sheet, limited to 10 pages, single sided only, not including the front and back cover. Text (font) size no smaller than 10 points. If charts and/or graphs are utilized, text (font) size must be no smaller than 8 points. The submittal must consist of: Letter of transmittal and responses to Evaluation Criteria 1 through 4. The SOQ shall meet the following requirements or may be deemed nonresponsive and not eligible for consideration: Title of the SOQ and firm name clearly identified on the cover and the letter of transmittal, responsiveness to all evaluation criteria, meeting page limitations and font size requirements, meeting submittal deadline submission date and time.
