Construction services to renovate and build out approximately 2,384 square feet on the 5th floor of the James M. Hanley Federal Building to meet the operational needs of the Veterans Benefits Agency. The work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform interior renovations and alterations in accordance with the construction documents, drawings, specifications, and supporting requirements. The project involves work in an occupied federal facility and must be executed without disrupting ongoing tenant operations. Construction activities include, but are not limited to, electrical, mechanical, architectural construction materials (ACM), and related building systems, along with general repairs, renovations, and alterations required to deliver a complete and functional space. All work shall be performed under a firm-fixed-price construction contract and in compliance with applicable federal standards, codes, and project requirements. Location: James M. Hanley Federal Building, 100 S Clinton Street, Syracuse, NY 13261. This project shall be performed by an experienced Contractor that has performed similar work. The estimated performance period is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed has been issued. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
