Renovation of a fire / police facility in Blairsville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The project involves renovations to the Fire Hall, specifically including HVAC and electrical upgrades along with other renovations to the existing hall. The work encompasses installation of ductless heating and cooling systems, electric service panel upgrades, installation of LED emergency lighting and additional outlet fixtures, as well as the completion of miscellaneous framing and finishes within the proposed work area. The selected contractor must coordinate any subcontracted General, Mechanical, or Electrical trade work as needed for project completion. Bidders must have experience in projects of similar character and scope and are required to submit a Qualifications Statement for both the prime contractor and all subcontractors with their bid. Only individuals or firms who have obtained bid documents from the Black Lick Volunteer Fire Company will receive any addenda. The Fire Company reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Faxed bids are not accepted.
