Site work for a water / sewer project in Bayside, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of sanitary sewer rehabilitation activities to be performed in the Village of Bayside and includes approximately 3,900 LF (16 segments) of 8-inch sanitary sewer CIPP lining, approximately 240 LF (one segment) of 10-inch sanitary sewer CIPP lining, approximately 1910 LF (8 segments) of 12-inch sanitary sewer CIPP lining, approximately 680 LF (2 segments) of 18-inch sanitary sewer CIPP lining, 8-inch sectional CIPP liners (6 each), sanitary manhole wall lining (411 V.F.), sanitary manhole barrel joint injection grouting (73 each), sanitary manhole internal seal (31 each), sanitary manhole step replacement (163 each), sanitary manhole lid replacement (1 each), and sanitary manhole adjustment ring (1 each). Each bid proposal must be submitted on the bid/proposal form provided and enclosed in a sealed envelope marked with the project name. Bidders must include a full and complete list of all proposed subcontractors and the class of work for each, and submit a Contractor’s Qualification Statement. A Certificate of Insurance and Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of the bid are required. Only bids accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified check for at least 5% of the bid will be considered. No bid may be withdrawn for 120 days after the bid opening date without the Village's consent. The Village of Bayside reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any bid most advantageous, or waive any technicality. Anticipated award date is March 10, 2026.
