Reference Number 0000414170 Town of East Fishkill is soliciting bids for a three (3) year agreement (April 2026–April 2029) for sidewalk mowing/weed removal and snow & ice removal/treatment on designated sidewalks and properties shown on attached maps (mowing areas may differ from snow/ice areas). Summer work includes routine weekly vegetation maintenance (mowing, trimming/edging, cleanup). Winter work includes snow/ice removal from sidewalks, walkways and ramps when needed for safe passage, with contractor availability 7 days/week including holidays and clearing within 12 hours after precipitation ends (10:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m. excluded). Award will be based on either Alternate 1 (Time & Materials) or Alternate 2 (Lump Sum) pricing. Purchase Type Term: 04/01/2026 12:00 AM EDT - 04/01/2029 12:00 AM EDT The Town of East Fishkill reserves the right to waive what it deems to be informalities relating to a specific bid, to waive what it deems to be technical defects, irregularities and omissions relating to a specific bid, to reject any or all bids, to request additional information from any, to re-advertise for new bids or to accept the whole or part of any bid which in the opinion of the Town Board of the Town of East Fishkill is in the best interest of the Town of East Fishkill.
