Site work for a civil project in Sharpsburg, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes replacement of above-ground, suction lift pumps (four) at the Rocky Mount Regional Airport, Town of Sharpsburg Pump Station 6 with new electrical and a new above-ground flow meter. The work also includes some gravity sewer replacement in the Town of Sharpsburg including approximately 1,234 LF of gravity sewer. There is a bid alternate for additional gravity sewer. Complete sets of the Bidding Documents shall be used in preparing Bids; neither Owner nor Engineer assumes any responsibilities for errors or misrepresentations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents. Owner and Engineer, in making copies of Bidding Documents available on the above terms, do so only for the purpose of obtaining Bids for the Work and do not authorize or confer a license for any other use. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
