Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Sharpsburg, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of December 13th, 2024 this project is still pending an award decision by the owner. Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the Sharpsburg Town Hall. The project consists of the construction of a 2,000 square foot single story building including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and site development. Construction includes slab on grade, metal stud walls, pre-manufactured wood trusses, brick veneer, interior finishes, and architectural shingle roof.
