Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility; and educational facility.

Bids are invited from Solar Energy Developers to design and construct a roof-mounted solar photovoltaic system for the Hanover Area Jr./Sr. High School. Bid proposals must be on the forms provided by the District, and bid security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid must be submitted with each bid. Attendance at one of the two scheduled pre-bid project site visits is mandatory, with prospective bidders required to meet at the site for a walk-through of the system and possible interconnection routes. Prospective bidders are urged to familiarize themselves with the specifications. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive informalities in the bidding.
