Renovation of a military facility in Hurlburt Field, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The work includes the following and incidental related work. a. Architectural: A closed-cell spray foam air barrier system will be applied to the interior face of the existing soffits and fascias to seal the envelope. New ceilings will be provided as indicated on the drawings. b. Mechanical: The work includes a total HVAC system replacement and new DDC controls for Building 90056, and a new chiller and pump at Building 90053 to serve both Buildings 90053 and 90056. c. Electrical: Existing mechanical equipment being removed shall be disconnected. Equipment that will be completely removed and not replaced with similar equipment will have conduit and wire removed back to the serving panel. New mechanical equipment in Building 90056 shall be served from existing 120/208V panelboards throughout the facility. New mechanical equipment served by Building 90053 shall be served from existing 277/480V panelboards within the facility. New breakers shall be installed in existing panelboards to serve the new mechanical equipment. Construction will take place while the facility remains in use. The construction will be phased. Phase 1 - Installation of new AHU-1, duct smoke detector, ductwork, accessories piping and controls - Demolition of AHU-2 and CU-2, controls, and associated electrical in B90056 - Installation of new ACC-1 and CHWP-1, piping including above and below ground chilled water piping, concrete pad, accessories, controls, and associated electrical - Associated electrical work for installation of new mechanical equipment - Installation of spray foam system at the soffits and fascias in the warehouse (Phase I area) - Complete all work in Phase I to include test and balance and commissioning. Move users back in. Phase 2 - Demolition of existing AHU-1 and associated ductwork, diffusers and grilles, piping, and controls and associated electrical - Demolition of EF-1 - Installation of new EF-1 - Installation of new ductwork, vav boxes, diffusers and grilles, and controls - associated electrical work for installation of new mechanical equipment - replacement of acoustical ceiling tiles and grid, and gypsum wallboard ceilings. - Installation of spray foam system at the soffits and fascias in the phase ii area. - Connection of new ahu-1 in building 90056 and CRAC unit in building 90053 to new chiller. - Demolition of existing chiller, chilled water pump and associated electrical in B90053 But not limited to please review the specifications for more information.
