Chattooga County is accepting sealed bids for two pole barn buildings for the Public Works Department at 116 Stockade Rd, Summerville, Georgia. The first building is a 24' x 40' x 10' shed with enclosed sides of galvanized metal, metal shed trusses, clear span, 6x6 posts, 2x4 lathes, and galvanized metal, including all material and labor. The second building is a 40' x 60' x 14' pole barn with 6x6 posts, 2x12 headers, trusses (2x4 or 4 ft), 2x4 lathes, enclosed gable ends, including all material and labor. Bids must include the total cost for each building, detailed specifications of materials, estimated start and finish dates. The project must start within 30 days and be finished in a timely manner. Bids must be sealed, with the words "Sealed Bid" written on the envelope, and include all requested information.
